1. domestic shipping

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with an average transit time of 5-11 business days. While most orders arrive sooner than expected, delays may occur due to factors such as high demand or regional disruptions. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for monitoring your package’s status.

2. damages and issues

We process orders within 12-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

 

Note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

 

3. international shipping

For international orders, processing times are 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary by location, and tracking details will be shared once your order ships. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. tracking

All shipments are assigned tracking numbers. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking details are unavailable beyond this timeframe, contact us at support@theneclo.com

6. order changes

Once an order enters the processing phase, we are unable to make any changes, including address modifications. Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays. If an order is returned due to address issues, we will refund the original purchase amount minus shipping fees.

Neclo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other external factors. For lost or damaged packages, please report the issue to the respective shipping carrier directly.
